Responsibilities
- Duty and responsibility as described in Ground Handling Manual
- Perform day-to-day assigned functions and contribute to overall ground service operations as well as back office administrative duties.
- Complete work order for customer billings
- Catering Services preparation
- Responsible for assisting passengers with travel needs such as answering
- Provide necessary reports to the supervisor
- Ground Handling at the remote station when assigned
- Any additional duties as may be assigned by the superior or company

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably with aviation or passenger services.
- Having knowledge about passengers’ documents.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and service-minded.
- Good team player, fast learning, and hard working.
- Able to work under pressure, flexible time, and shift work.
- Good command of English.
