- To coordinate and support all passenger services to airline customers smoothly and meet the requirements in accordance with the company’s regulations.
- Able to communicate and coordinate efficiently with related divisions and staff in other departments.
- Make plans and ensure sufficient Passenger Services Agents are on duty to provide efficient services.
- For cases of irregularity, help the Passenger Services Agent on duty to solve problems and make necessary decisions.
- Report all cases of irregularity to the Manager via all kinds of communications including online tools with all details.
- Communicate and coordinate with Managers in relevant divisions so that the same information is received and the same direction is taken to carry out the duties.
- Approve revision of work procedures of the Passenger Services Division.
- Maintain safety and security procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6 yrs. of relevant work experience preferably in Aviation or Passenger Services
- Proficiency in English (Reading & Writing), Excellent supervisory and time management skills

- Able to work under pressure and flexible time
- Ability in planning and coordination
- Level of leadership skill and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
