- Perform and lead day-to-day assigned functions and contribute to ensure that overall ground service operations
- Perform day-to-day assigned functions such as back office administrative duties.
- Responsible for assisting passengers with travel needs such as answering inquiries and providing connection flight information and direction assistance.
- Perform controller, boarding, and gate duties, assist and provide information to passengers, make announcements, and play a vital role by conducting security checks at the gate per established regulations and procedures.
- Take care of passengers when flights are interrupted, delayed, or canceled. According to instructions given by Airline’s customer’s director instructions do not exist, to deal with such cases according to the practice of the local procedure. Maintain safety and security procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 yrs. of relevant work experience preferably in Aviation or passenger Services
- A good understanding of the business function is essential
- Proficiency in English (Reading & Writing), Excellent supervisory and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and Email,
