Job Descriptions
- Handle daily booking enquiry from agent (by phone/emails)
- Manage the flight space and book the connecting flight with airlines HDQ ( by emails)
- Input cargo details into airline cargo system and internal system
- Communicate with airline and/or interlines partner for space request (by phone/emails)
- Confirm the space & connecting date & flight details to agent once received space confirmation.
- Adjust load to maximize capacity base on the aircraft size & aircraft limitation
- Prepare cargo booking advice per flight and send to ground handling agent for cargo build up
- Coordinate with GHA for cargo build up issue/ change of contour/ change of booking details to make sure smooth operations
