สายการบิน China Eastern Airlines เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Passenger Service Officer วุฒิ ป.ตรี ทุกสาขา มีประสบการณ์งานการบินหรือบริษัทตัวแทนภาคพื้นอย่างน้อย 1 ปี สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดีทั้งพูดและเขียน มีทักษะวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงการจัดการข้อร้องเรียนผู้โดยสาร ใช้โปรแกรม MS Word, Excel และ TravelSky ได้ดี ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ และสามารถทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงกะกลางคืนได้ ทำงานที่สนามบินเชียงใหม่ สมัครได้ถึง 15 ตุลาคม

- Be able to work at Chiangmai Airport (CNX)
- Oversee the performance of ground-handling agents
- Ensure flights are operated according to company safety requirements
- Provide good customer service by airport staff under his/her leadership in various situations
- Instruct and monitor ground handling agents service performance
- Handling passenger when flight disruption and irregularity flight such as Delay or cancel flight.
- Coordinate with other departments and station
- Retrieving and responding email and telephone.
- Ensure day-to-day operations is smooth and efficient, deliver clear instructions/guidelines to ground handling members
- Have more than 1 year of experience in the airline industry or handling agent
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Good Command of Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Analytical with problem-solving skills and able to handle passenger complaints.
- Good writing skills and able to handle passenger complaints.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and TravelSky.
- Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Able to work on a rotation shift, including night shift.
