Responsibilities
- Advising Executive who needs to book the air ticket for business trip purposes.
- Helping the executive to analyze and compare the reasonable price for their trips.
- Helping travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules.
- Booking and confirming reservations.
- Calculating the expenses and proposing tickets to the employees.
- Manage re-book tickets and other arrangements if the employees decide to change their schedules.
- This person should be an expert in all computer-based applications to find out price/cancellation policy, compare with the agent and purpose to the incumbent.
Qualification
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the ticket reservation industry
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience preparing price quotes
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Familiar with digital media and social networks
- Good computer skills
- Good English communication
