To support all division of Transportation department in term of documentation preparing and data system updating in order to provide the highest standard and best catering service to our Airlines customer.
Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate Job Ticket
- Prepare and input time from Job Tickets into report format
- Arrange and facilitate with AOT process Ramp pass registration/renewal both personal and vehicle
- Check on transportation staff punctuality (time stamp) via HR System
- Update Transportation staff member profile (A1 Check, training record, Accident record etc.)
- Keep filing for department related document such as Document check sheet, Vehicle daily check, Flight Service Officer flight handling sheet etc.
- Take a minute of meeting for all division of transportation
- Update information board
- Submit document to cross functional department such as vehicle history, Bill , Accident report etc.
- Stationary ordering
- Internal training material preparation
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or Above
- Ability to communicate to all levels of staff
- Able to speak English will be an advantage
- Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data
- Able to 6 days working 1 day off pattern.
