Responsibilities
- Monitor flights, shipments, and all inbound and outbound movements
- Coordinate cross-functionally to provide instructions when any contingencies occur
- Update real-time incidents on reasons of incident occur, transit time impact and corrective action taken to minimize transit time impact.
- Analyze data to provide solutions to any contingencies and to improve process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- 1 year experience within airline, transportation or logistics industry (fresh graduates are welcomed).
- Good command of Microsoft Excel i.e. Pivot, VLOOKUP
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Possess good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
