Qualification
- Thai Nationality
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Good command of writing and speaking English is preferable.
- Strong team working, customer service skills and knowledge of airport operations.
- Reside near Suvarnabhumi Airport and able to work in shift.
Job Description
- Handle all airport operations such as check in counter, boarding gate and arrival gate.
- Handle flights irregularity such as Flight cancel, delay and aircraft technical problem.
- Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions.
- Ensures the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Handle documentation and administration.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
