Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English Communication, Business Administration, or related Aviation fields
- At least 1 year of working experience in aviation, aircraft maintenance, quality and safety, quality assurance, and HR is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance, crew scheduling, quality, and safety management system is advantageous.
- Good command of English
- Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office, (RAMCO is preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail, being able to work independently and meet deadlines
