Role & Responsibilities
- Attend to customers at Suvarnabhumi Airport
- Handle general ground operational duties, i.e. check-in, arrival, departure & baggage
- To provide excellent Customer Service to SIA Customers by being customer-oriented and proficient in procedures and policies
- To handle SIA flight operations covering check-in, arrival, departure, baggage and catering as well as to ensure the safety and security of our customers
- To be able to work closely with airport agencies and lead our service partners in achieving operational efficiency
- To uphold the image of SIA through exemplary conduct and integrity
- To be self-motivated and diligently carry out tasks requested by superiors and to contribute effectively to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to understand and relate to customers’ needs.
- Pleasant personality, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Able to work in shifts.
- To be able to work in a team and with minimum supervision.
- Good computer skills with knowledge on MS Office.
