Role & Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers at Suvarnabhumi Airport
  • Handle general ground operational duties, i.e. check-in, arrival, departure & baggage
  • To provide excellent Customer Service to SIA Customers by being customer-oriented and proficient in procedures and policies
  • To handle SIA flight operations covering check-in, arrival, departure, baggage, and catering as well as to ensure the safety and security of our customers
  • To be able to work closely with airport agencies and lead our service partners in achieving operational efficiency
  • To uphold the image of SIA through exemplary conduct and integrity
  • To be self-motivated and diligently carry out tasks requested by superiors and to contribute effectively to the team


  • Thai Citizen with a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any field
  • Good command of written and spoken English – as well as spoken Thai.  Proficiency in other languages i.e. Deutsch, French, Spanish, Mandarin/Chinese dialects, or Malay would be an asset.  
  • Able to understand, empathize, and relate to customers’ needs
  • Be in possession of a pleasant disposition.  Must be hardworking and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a team with minimum supervision
  • Experience in airline/travel/hospitality industry is preferred
  • Able to work in shifts
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • This would be a 3-month contractual role, with a distinct possibility of renewal and conversion to a permanent contract if performance meets expectations.
