Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in the hospitality/travel industry, preferably with Cruise selling knowledge or previous experience within the Luxury, Travel, and Hospitality sector.
- Good in oral and written English.
- Good organization, planning, and execution skills.
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Can provide consistent consultative telephone support to travel agents and direct guests in a positive, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
- Strong written skills in order to provide administrative and email support to travel agents and direct guests.
- Exceptional time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and quick problem-solving skills to provide a seamless interaction.
- Ability to provide high individual and departmental productivity, and efficiency through superior customer service, effective time management, product knowledge, and cruise arrangement expertise.
- Is self-motivated, reliable, and punctual.
- Prior experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
Responsibilities
- Books all aspects of the guest journey including but not limited to cruise itineraries, destination experiences, and pre/post travel inquiries.
- Provides best-in-class luxury service to our Travel Advisors and to guests, hosting them via phone, Video Chat, e-mail, chat, and/or in person.
- Supports the Global Sales Organisation by building strong relationships with our Travel Advisor and Guest community.
- Be an expert and reference in the use of our technology systems to deliver personalized guest experience.
- Provides feedback on the quality and efficiency of customer support processes and is able to suggest enhancements when they see fit.
