Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Air Cargo Management, Business, International Business, or related fields.
- 1-5 years experience in Air Freight (New graduates are welcome)
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet
- Good command of English

Responsibilities
- Handle all customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Contact customer to get cargo information and inform booking confirmation customer.
- Perform airline space reservations.
- Regularly monitoring and following up on export shipments, as well as checking shipment status.
- Keep the customer and overseas team informed of any irregularities, such as flight delays, off-loading, partial flight schedules, etc.
- Ensure proper and timely job closing, including checking all charges on Cargo Sales Report match with a quotation.
- Provide Data input into the various internal mechanism
- Filing Export documents
- Collaborate with marketing department professionals to highlight positive customer experiences.
- Develop and implement customer service assistance.
- Follow up and control day-to-day updates and control shipments for customers as a one-stop logistics service.
- Perform duties as assigned by manager
