Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas that align with AirAsia’s brand and marketing objectives
- Create and manage budgets for production projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating tasks and deadlines for internal and external team members
- Select and hire talent and crew members, negotiating contracts, and overseeing their work during production
- Oversee logistical aspects, including location scouting, equipment, and permitting, to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide creative input and direction to ensure that projects align with AirAsia’s brand image and messaging
- Address and resolve issues and challenges that may arise during production, making critical decisions to keep projects on track
- Maintain high production standards and ensure that the final product reflects AirAsia’s core values and objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and distribute the finished product, contributing to AirAsia’s marketing efforts.
- Monitor project expenses, reconcile accounts, and report financial status to stakeholders within AirAsia
- Ensure that all legal requirements, contracts, and intellectual property rights are adhered to throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in producing successful projects, ideally in the travel and e-commerce industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of AirAsia’s brand, industry trends, and production processes
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
