Job Descriptions
– To ensure the smooth daily operations by Guest Service at Check-in counter Gate Management, Arrival Hall and also to prepare daily operations reports.
– To ensure that staff is properly planned before starts of operations by updating staff of any information, briefing, and debriefing, assigning staff at their designated area and that all tools are sufficient and in order.
– To ensure all systems run i.e. conveyer BHS, Tubs and FIDS before the opening counter.
– To react to any delay occurs and to inform the Duty Executive to take necessary action.
Promptly check and reply to e-mail by normal operation and irregularity case.
Qualifications
– Bachelor Degree or higher in any fields
– At least 3 years experience in Airlines Business
– Have 3 – 10 years of total work experience from any function
– Good Leadership, Interpersonal and Communication skills
– Good characteristics with Service Mind
– Excellent to handle complaints and flight irregularity
– Good command in MS Office, Internet, and E-mail
– Good command in English
– Able to work on shift
