- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Manage and negotiate for ground services agreements (SGHA) and relevant contracts at all VZ operating airports including domestic and abroad stations.
- Evaluate and propose the potential ground services provider
- Establish and control the service level agreements with external providers including and not limit to the suppliers and vendors to maintain the service quality at all operating areas
- Monitor and decision on ground supply order and service to support all concerned ground operations activities both headquarters and at station to ensure service performance and service quality up-to the company standard and policy.
- Verify invoices, and ensure accurate and timely ground operations and claim process.
- Summarize and report to all manager under Ground Operations Department for ground services performance
- Control of Ground Handling Agreement and Service Level Agreement to ensure validity and renewal process
- Perform other duties assigned by Partnership Service Quality and Compliance Manager or Director of Ground Operations
- Report to Partnership Service Quality and Compliance Manager or Director of Ground Operations
- Bachelor‘s degree related to the position.
- Minimum 3-5 Years in airline business, under Airline’s Ground Operations
- Strong background in Airline’s Ground Operations
- Experienced in airline’s agreements and negotiation skills for ground handling procurement
- Fluent in English (other language proficiency such as Chinese, Japanese, Indian preferable)
- High level of competence and able to work under pressure.
