Call Center Supervisor – 1 อัตรา
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Male or female
- Age over 25 years old
- At least 5 years hand-on work experiences in call center field
- Experiences in call center and customer service environment at last 5 years
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experiences in call center in airlines business will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC 750)
- Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous.
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to make administrative / procedural decisions and judgements
- Standard computer literacy associated with the role
Case Management Supervisor – 1 อัตรา
- Excellent communicators in written and oral (ENG/THA)
- TOEIC score 750 and above or equivalent
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Experience supervising others
- Experience and familiar with airlines reservation systems
- Good in negotiation and exceptional diplomacy skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- University degree in airlines business or hospitality management
Live Chat Agent – 4 อัตรา (สัญญา 6 เดือน)
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (fresh graduated are welcome)
- Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
- Excellent communicators in ENG/THA, especially written skill
- Excellence MS office skills
- Standard computer literacy associated with this role
