Responsibilities

• This position requires working on a rotating shift
• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• To ensure all pilots and cabin are efficiently rostered for the day of operations.
• Monitor delays and rescheduled crew members to avoid and/or minimize flight disruption
  Advise and assist crew for schedule change such as flight exchange, emergency cause, and leaves based on the company’s rule and regulations.
• Ensure sufficient stand by crew is available and called as and when there is last minute sick leave or Emergency leave
• Coordinate with Dispatch on Duty and Rostering team on daily events such as delays/ Flight cancellation and advise crew appropriately
• Prepare necessary and relevant Flight Documents for all flights
• Crew changes are to be updated immediately in Merlot system
• Obtain Crew List for the next duty from the Rostering Team daily. All crew updates is to be logged on this list and this list is to be filed daily
• Monitor the crews on Check in & Sign On
• Advice Rostering Team on the crew changes as and when changes are carried out
• Other assignments from the direct Manager

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Bachelor‘s degree related to the position.
• Computer literacy especially Excel, Word and Power Point program
• Proficient in oral and written English, Thai
