- To ensure all pilots and cabin are efficiently rostered for the day of operations.
- Monitor delays and rescheduled crew members to avoid and/or minimize flight disruption
- Advise and assist crew for schedule change such as flight exchange, emergency cause, and leaves based on the company’s rule and regulations.
- Ensure sufficient stand by crew is available and called as and when there is last minute sick leave or Emergency leave
- Coordinate with Dispatch on Duty and Rostering team on daily events such as delays/ Flight cancellation and advise crew appropriately
- Prepare necessary and relevant Flight Documents for all flights
- Crew changes are to be updated immediately in Merlot system
- Obtain Crew List for the next duty from the Rostering Team daily. All crew updates is to be logged on this list and this list is to be filed daily
- Monitor the crews on Check in & Sign On
- Advice Rostering Team on the crew changes as and when changes are carried out
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Bachelor‘s degree related to the position.
- Computer literacy especially excel, word and power point program
- Proficient in oral and written English, Thai
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
