- Devise and implement Departure Control System (DCS) and other mandatory platforms or systems to support ground operations
- Establish the system business rules according to the company policy and directive
- Develop the user requirement to interface with the system to ensure user-friendly and easy to operational
- Provide the standards procedure and constantly evaluate the quality of service provider through quantitative and objective measures
- Identify staff requirements and training needs, establishing a program to develop the frontline team to achieve operational excellence
- Establish clear accountabilities, processes & standards and ensure compliance
- The liaise with external service providers and authorities concerned to ensure the DCS implementation and data submission are fully compatible at each station location
- Pro-active role in anticipating and solving problems before they occur and in implementing innovative solutions to achieve competitive advantage
- Updating AHM560 of all aircraft types in applicable DCS systems and readiness for utilization
- Handle the problem-solving and system failure solution with the internal and external providers
- Bachelor’s degree OR Higher related to the position.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the aviation industry or 2 years with DCS system handling
- Proven knowledge of ground operations DCS system
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced changing environment
- Airline DCS system experience is necessary
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
