Responsibilities

Monitoring and Collecting security related-information from appropriate authorizes, including the International Civil Aviation Organization and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand
Assisting to review and amend rules and regulations in Civil Aviation to ensure the validity and currency of the Thai Vietjet Air Security procedures;
Controlling and Appropriately distributing security information and documents in any area of the operation where security measures are implemented both locally in internationally
Collecting intelligence and security-related information for assessing risk assessment and management to prevent and respond to occurrences of any threats or incidents to Thai Vietjet Air’s aircraft, facilities, and staff with accuracy and efficiency;
Staying connected and establishing an excellent liaison with all local regulatory offices including the local airport and other appropriate authorities at all times;
Monitoring and Reviewing security reports in a timely and accurate manner including following up and evaluating the results of corrective and preventive actions;
Assisting and Supporting the investigation of security accidents and incidents in case of threats or acts of unlawful interference or failure in the implementation of security controls;
Collecting and appropriately disseminating security news in a timely manner, information, and changes in procedure to other concerned departments within the operational and external entities as appropriate to encourage security awareness within the organization;
Assisting in developing standards and specifications for aviation security-related services including monitoring and evaluating capability for effectiveness and efficiency;
Performing as an instructor assistant in an aviation security course;
Communicating security information correctly and effectively both internal and external; and
Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Aviation Business Management, Business Admin, Political Science, Laws or related fields.
A minimum of 2 years experience in security services, aviation security, or aviation (Airline, Airport, Ground Handling Services, etc.)
Good command of both Thai and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent multitasking and interpersonal skill
Holding ICAO, IATA, or CAAT security-related certification is a plus
Knowledge of ICAO Doc 8973 and NCASP or documentation compliance will be advantageous.
