Lounge Supervisor

Job Description

1. Monitor and ensure the performance and the neat of appearance, as well as the correct attitude and behavior of all staff.
2. Ensure adequate staff, equipment, and tools for smooth operation.
3. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
4. Conduct daily briefing to staff in each shift is well-informed of guest and relevant information.
5. Take ownership of guest’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.
6. Direct, manage, coach, mentor, evaluate and develop lounge attendants to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to.
7. Maintain appropriate standards and procedures, dress hygiene, uniform and grooming in good appearance.
8. Must be available to work on-call and overtime when necessary.
9. Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
10. Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Male or Female, Thai Nationality.
• Age 22 years old over.
• Minimum Height Female 155 cm / Male 160 cm. at least.
• Vocational, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
• 1-year experience in customer service or airline industry is required.
• Good communication skills in English. (Third Language will be an advantage).
• TOEIC score of 500 or higher. (within 2 years)
• Well-groomed outward appearance.
• Service mindset, proactive, self-motivator and a team player.
• Working 5 days per week,9 hours per day.
• Ability for shift work including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.


Customer Services Agent

Job Description

1. Greet and welcome customer at reception counter.
2. Stand by at lounge for service passenger who is using lounge.
3. Ensure materials provided are up to date and must be in good order.
4. Ensure to cleaning table and sofa when passenger depart.
5. Ensure all working areas are tidy and clean.
6. Read and initial passenger on the logbook.
7. Read the customer list of today at the beginning of the shift.
8. Maintain appropriate standards and procedures, dress hygiene, uniform and grooming in good appearance.
9. Must be available to work on-call and overtime when necessary.
10. Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
11. Other job related duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Male or Female, Thai Nationality
• Age 20 years old over.
• Vocational, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Well-groomed outward appearance.
• Service mindset, proactive, self-motivator and a team player
• Working 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (breaking 1 hour).
• Ability for shift work including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
