Qualification
- Male-Female
- 25-40 Years Old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Computer or other related fields
Requirements
- Knowledged in Airline Business
- Knowledged in coaching and feedbacking (knowledged in service quality management and basic knowledge service management of call center)
- Knowledged in utilizing computer programs i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledged and understood in working process information to inspect in responsible project
- Knowledged in planning and working management
- Be good in personality, human relations, reliability, equality, assertiveness, confidence, reasonability, flexibility, and positive attitude toward service
- TOEIC Score 500+
Responsibilities
- Inspect the service of the Customer Service Agent (CSA) according to the specified conditions and evaluate the results under company standards
- Notify the result of improvement (Feedback) to related person according to the operating procedures defined
- Evaluate the readiness of the Customer Service Agent (CSA) before working with a summary of the assessment results to related person
- Coordinate with call center operation to find the solution of service quality
- Participate in conducting call calibration with related agencies
