งานการบินมาใหม่ TT Aviation บริษัท ทีที เอวิเอชั่น จำกัด เปิดรับสมัครพนักงานตำแหน่ง Ticketing & Reservation (knowledge in ticketing system: Amadeus, Skyspeed would be advantaged) รายละเอียดดังนี้
Responsibilities
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
- Preparation of documents such as group quotation, vouchers, itineraries etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Industry or related fields
- Male/Female, Thai Nationality
- Basic computer proficiency
- Fast Learner, Service-Minded, Team Work
- Be detail-orientated and enjoy assisting others
- Previous customer service experience is a must
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle workload
- Good command of written and spoken English and/or Chinese
- Experience of working with Amadeus or Skyspeed system will be advantaged
