Responsibility

Responsible for flight planning and monitoring the movement of airlines customer flights, also Coordinating all planning aspects of both test and training flights.
Ensuring that the Flight Dispatch function performs safe and efficient Operational Control in accordance with all governmental rules and regulations, Company flight operating manuals, and corporate policies and procedures.
Support and coordinate with the related authorities and other organizations, such as AOT, CAAT, Immigration, Customs, Health Control Department, and Medical Team.
Liaison with the Head of Ground handling, for the purposes of maintaining dispatch standard operating procedures and all applicable sections of the Company Flight Operations Manual.
Responsible for passenger’s carry-on articles assessment by interviewing and informing passengers about dangerous goods prevention.
Establish, maintain and update the library located at VIP Jets DMK office.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Qualification

Minimum 1-year experience in the Aviation industry (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
Minimum age 20 years
Have adequate communication skills, both in written and spoken English
Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Have good planning and analytical skills
Be able to remain calm under pressure and can work independently toward the deadlines
Respond quickly to issues and take the initiative
Be flexible when last-minute changes are necessary
Work well within a team
Be reliable and conscientious
Be able to prioritize and organize tasks
Be able to cope with a job that can be stressful
Hold a valid driving license
