- Comply with established continuing airworthiness policy and procedure, as well as related regulatory requirements of the CAAT or other applicable National Aviation Authorities;
- Short term and long term maintenance planning for managed fleet, to include annual aircraft maintenance costs projections, that achieves a balance between aircraft availability and cost effectiveness;
- Coordination of maintenance activities undertaken by approved Maintenance Repair Organizations;
- Review all completed flight logs and maintenance documentation and ensure aircraft permanent maintenance records (including airframe, engine and APU log books) are maintained, task tracking databases are accurately updated and that hard copies are stored per regulations in an organized and comprehensive manner that maximized asset value retention. Coordinate document corrections as required;
- Ensure that the records for Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and Supplemental Type Certificate modifications are kept current and appropriately filed in the aircraft permanent records;
- Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers to ensure effective technical support is received, administer warranty / support programs and to stay abreast of current reliability and/or safety related issues;
- Administration of approved maintenance data / data subscriptions;
- Provide support for the Maintenance Review process;
- Develop routine and non-routine reports for internal and external customers related to the performance of the MJets fleet;
- Occurrence and Hazard reporting in accordance with applicable regulations and company policy;
- Maintain continued validity of company approvals by cooperating with company quality & safety department and rectifying any identified non-conformances in a timely manner; and
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable aviation regulations and industry standards.

- Holding an Engineering / Technical License or Degree 1-3 years of experience.
- If no engineering degree or technical qualification, minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance / Airworthiness management experience is required Previous business jet experience
- Experience on at least one of the operated aircraft (Cessna Citation Bravo, CJ3 or Citation X; Gulfstream G200, GV, G550 or G650) will be advantage
- Able to work both independently and as a team player in a multi-cultural work force
- Excellent attention to detail and goal oriented
- Must be fluent in English
- Effective communication / interpersonal skills / Technical writing
- Intermediate or above average knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite programs
