สายการบิน Saudia Airlines Thailand เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Ticketing & Reservation (Supervisor และ Officer) ทำงานที่อาคารสินธรทาวเวอร์ ถนนวิทยุ

Working Time: Monday-Friday (08.30-17.30) / Saturday (08.30-12.30)
Location: Sindhorn Building, Wireless Road

Ticketing & Reservation Officer – 1 อัตรา

Qualification

  • Thai Nationality
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Ticketing & Reservation on the Amadeus system.
  • A good command of writing and speaking English is preferable.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all ticketing processes for both FIT and GIT on the Amadeus system such as creating bookings, modifying travel dates, re-issue tickets, re-validate, issuing tickets, and processing refunds.
  • Handle incoming queries and provide accurate information such as ticket fare, routing, travel information, aircraft configuration, loyalty program, and visa requirements, and handle complaints for both passengers and travel agencies via telephone calls, emails, and in person.
  • Handle flight irregularities such as Flight cancels, delays, and aircraft technical problems.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Ticketing & Reservation Supervisor – 1 อัตรา

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Ticketing & Reservation on the Amadeus system.
  • Good command of writing and speaking English is preferable.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all ticketing processes for both FIT and GIT on the Amadeus system such as creating bookings, modifying travel dates, re-issuing tickets, re-validate, issuing ticket,s and processing refunds.
  • Handle incoming queries and provide accurate information such as ticket fare, routing, travel information, aircraft configuration, loyalty program, and visa requirements and handle complaint for both passengers and travel agencies via telephone calls, emails, and in person.
  • Handle flight irregularity such as Flight cancels, delay, and aircraft technical problems.
  • Sales reporting.
  • Ensure Ticketing & Reservation officer are aware of their responsibilities and role requirements, and provide effective supervision and support.
  • Assist team members in dealing with difficult and exceptional behaviors and circumstances
  • Provide coaching to ensure high-quality service levels are achieved and all policies and procedures are correctly applied.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager
