Develop and implement purchasing strategies for aircraft components, materials, and equipment.
Identify reliable suppliers or vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships to ensure the availability of required resources.
Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct technical and commercial evaluations, and make recommendations for supplier selection.
Drive improvement initiatives to optimize purchasing processes, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Resolve any procurement-related issues, such as supplier non-compliance or material shortages, promptly.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the purchasing process.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
Coordinate with the related internal team to make sure the proper storage

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in aircraft purchasing for 3-5 years, preferably in the airline industry.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, manufacturing processes, industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
Excellent command of English both writing and speaking ( Require TOEIC score at least 400 and valid within 2 years)
Proficient in computer literacy such as MS Office, G-Suite, and any related
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate technical proposals and resolve purchasing issues.
