Cargo Telesales Executive – 2 อัตรา
Purpose
- To deliver a high level of premium customer service and support of commercial activities in order to contribute to and achieve station revenue targets.
- Ensure complete adherence to all prescribed operational, health & safety and security standards.
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for answering phone calls and inquiries.
- Responsible for action all reservations and tracing inquiries through to resolution.
- Accept reservations in accordance with available capacity and sale programs.
- Action all reservations to meet IAG conformance requirements.
- Action interline/JSA reservations both internally and externally.
- Complete load plan for flights.
- Send pre-alerts and complete post-flight operational activities.
- Reconciliation of accountable documentation.
- Maintain central filing system, electronic and storeroom.
- Support claim processing for customers.
- Coordinate reports and billing activities. CASS Billing & Accounting knowledge.
- Deliver robust customer service through ensuring/achieving optimum levels of operational conformance.
- Work closely with warehouse and ramp ground handling agents/suppliers to deliver excellent customer service and achieve operational targets at the airport.
- Complete adherence to all prescribed operational, health & safety, and security standards, as well as requirements derived from new business initiatives.
- Communicate and coordinate with clearing agents/carriers/suppliers to effectively manage and handle import cargo.
- Work closely with Customer Services and Operation teams at UK hubs to ensure smooth handling, recovery, and delivery of shipments.
- Take initiative to drive continuous process development and proactively address issues/ concerns.
- Ensure effective teamwork between the cargo team and various internal commercial and customer service stakeholders.
- Responsible for correct and quality input of Air Waybill data to fulfil full data capture requirement as well as Customs requirement of various countries.
- Effectively manage the station ULD inventory to meet cargo operation and commercial demand.
- Follow up recovery /claims process for customers.
- Deliver Cargo iQ and commercial e-business initiatives like eBooking Portal, premium, and Salesforce targets to seek continuous improvements in efficiency.
Key Stakeholders / Interfaces
- Internal: Local, regional and overseas cargo teams, Revenue Management, Finance, UK Customer Service
- External: Cargo customers and Ground handling suppliers
Experience
- 2-3 years operational experience in the Airline or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Has a Customer Service and Operations background.
- Awareness of IAG products and services and those of our competitors.
- Strong PC skills and working knowledge of computer systems, functional knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Graduate from a recognized university is required.

- Customer-orientated and targets are driven & possess an eye for details.
- Comfortable in a multitasking environment and role.
- Excellent spoken and written English & Thai is essential.
- Ability to work independently yet a team player and capable of shift rotation.
- Proven strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and resilient.
- Good technical knowledge of computer skills.
