- Support Offshore Planner/TL in determining of equipment/materials availability for Work Orders waiting material before scheduling for execution.
- Use SAP Fixed/Firm Schedule to ensure materials availability at correct location as required for execution of maintenance schedule.
- Liaise with CHOC Supply Base and Offshore Material Handling Teams to ensure all logistics required take place and materials are delivered to CKP on time.
- Instruct Storeman and deck crew on in-field materials/cargo planning, handling as required.
- Take action to expedite materials when delivery does not meet plan; ensure shortages are communicated to Planner.
- Arrange delivery and liaise with all stakeholders to expedite urgent and ad-hoc requirements for break-in activity.
- Responsible for managing/tracking manifests for incoming/outgoing materials, ensuring document quality, and liaising with other departments to manage their materials.
- Responsible to maintain good record keeping for surplus materials upon completion of each campaign, optimize usage of surplus and ensure proper storage at Supply Base.
- Monitor up to date SAP records of the materials inventory especially on the total requirements, utilization, and remaining balance.
- Provide technical and practical guidance to Storeman on their daily tasks.
- Provide support and practical guidance to Radio Operator on maintaining accurate crew change schedule and Master Plan
- Create and manage ECPF and BOM for offshore materials. • Ensure compliance with established procedures, legislation and health and safety guidelines for the offshore operation.
- Material Coordinator ensures proper material management and movement with efficiency.
- Diploma in a technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management and coordination of materials management.
- Familiar working with Shipping & Logistic in Oil & Gas Industry would be added advantages.
- Position is open to Thai and Malaysian.
