Eusu Logistics is a global SCM service partner that supports the business growth of customers.
- Increase sales for air & sea freight service by managing existing clients and developing new prospects.
- Increase revenue for Air & Sea Freight business and develop business expansion in Thailand.
- Monitor team performance to achieve the assigned target with appropriate strategies together with the budget provided.
- Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts.
- Building and maintaining a customer network and hunting for new business Client development existing relationships monthly and quarterly performance figures to the board and sales team members.
- Participate in the contract setting and monitor customers’ payment with the collection desk.
- Ensure competitive intelligence and occasionally carry out marketing studies.
- Negotiate ocean carriers, airliners, or major co loaders and airport handling agents and truckers.
- Interface with appropriate departments to assure timely and accurate services and/or pricing is provided to the customer, including to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction.
- Visit existing customers and potential clients within assigned territory.
- Provide weekly reports, activities, and team performance progress to Managing Director.
- Thai nationality, Male or Female 30 years old or above.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in ocean/air forwarding sales and operation.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of customers’ export/import process and W&D operation.
- have major BCO(Beneficiary Cargo Owner) customers at hand that could be secured straight after the commencement of work. *major BCO: customers with average GP over USD5000(THB 160,000) per month.
- have own sourcing channel with airliners(or major co-loaders) and airport ground handling agents and truckers.
- have own sourcing channel with ocean carriers(or major co-loaders)
- have a high standard of work ethics and morality related to collecting AR OTS(outstanding) and following the company rules®ulations.
- capability to build up your own team (CS, OP, inside sales and extra salesmen under your command)
- High proficiency in English both writing and speaking.
- Excellent communication and presentation and Interpersonal skills.
