You will be responsible for handling a large number of incoming phone calls, providing accurate information, solution, and support to our customers.

Requirements

Secondary education / Diploma / Degree or above in any field.
Work experience in the service industry is preferable.
Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays and public holidays.
Good command of written and spoken English; native Thai speaker.
Mature with initiative and patience to serve customers over the phone.
Effective communication skills and good track for dealing with people at all levels.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes at short notice.
Experience in providing customer support and solution with a strong service mind.
