You will be responsible for handling a large number of incoming phone calls, providing accurate information, solution, and support to our customers.
- Secondary education / Diploma / Degree or above in any field.
- Work experience in the service industry is preferable.
- Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays and public holidays.
- Good command of written and spoken English; native Thai speaker.
- Mature with initiative and patience to serve customers over the phone.
- Effective communication skills and good track for dealing with people at all levels.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes at short notice.
- Experience in providing customer support and solution with a strong service mind.
- 44 hours per week
- Work 5 to 5.5 days per week
