Qualification

Bachelor of Logistics Management or related field.
Good experience operation of Airline or freight Forwarder more than 3 years.
Good command in English skills, both written and spoken. (Mandarin is a plus)
DGR knowledge and skills will be advantaged
Interpersonal Characteristics
Good Leadership and Service Mind.

Job Description

Responsible for flight planning and monitor flight movements and ensure performance limitation as per aviation standards
Perform loading procedures, including checking document according to booking
Reserved bookings from our customers and sales and make sure all shipments in line with the company’s requirements and local civil aviation regulations.
Monitor/observed flight operation regularly and send Loading plan to GHA, loading and offloading of cargo to ensure smooth movement of cargo on time.
Monitor/provide cargo transfer information flight/truck to GHA
Record updates on sale report\irregularity report to avoid complaints from customers and handle the abnormal cargo operation.
