Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Handle customer claims and complaints
Sales / Desk Sales
- Participate in sales activities as ‘desk sales’ function
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Reservations
- Ensure correct bookings, matching 100% with real cargo details.
- Ensure that all the bookings are correct status before departure from own station
Capacity Control
- Maximize company revenue by well coordinating cargo booking and targeting
- Liaise with HQ team on the capacity issues to ensure smooth information flow and data
correctness - Prepare load plan with priorities to BFS cargo terminal
Flight Management
- Execute daily cargo activities and flight follow up
- Maximize company revenue by fully utilized of the aircraft space and eliminate operational
discrepancy - Closely working with cross functional, partner and oversea office
- Regular follow up on freight forwarder on time performance
Other
- Cargo Sales Report and invoicing
Required Competencies
- Tertiary Education or above
- Good command in written and spoken Thai and English
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proactive, honest, customer-orientated mindset- Knowledge of BKK forwarding and air cargo market
Educational Requirement
- University degree in a relevant field (or similar or extensive work experience)
Required Experience for The Position
- Minimum 2 years of experience for customer services and cargo handling experience in ground handling or airline
