Maintenance Support and Store Officer (MSO)
The MSO is responsible to carry on the following an administrative task which related to Maintenance Support and Store aspect, and also assist and support the SMSO in day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Support and Store Section and assistance in the procurement, storage, issue, transportation, handling and control of engineering materials efficiently and economically.

Responsibilities

1. Always keep reporting on any updated information to SMSO.
2. Assist in the preparation of purchase request/work order/loan order and final order of all.
3. Follow up with all agencies for clearance of all aircraft spare part.
4. Responsible to incoming and outgoing of engineering aircraft spares.
5. To ensure the most cost effective method of shipment to dispatch
6. To ensure that all spares and materials held at main store are properly packed, rack controlled and documented in such appropriate control system a manner so as to comply with CAAT and K-Mile Air GMM requirements
7. To update all spares and materials are stored in such a manner for easy identification and retrieval in appropriate control system basis.
8. All spares and materials are issued on FIFO basis.
9. Ensure the store room temperature and Humidity are controlled in the limits required.

Qualifications

1. One year experience for Store and Logistic of aviation field or equivalency.
2. Completed the Parts Receiving inspection Course Training (As required)
3. Completed the Suspect Unapproved Part Course (SUP)Training
4. Have experience how to handle and control Tools and Ground Support Equipment
5. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Access/Excel/Word) is required.
6. The ability to speak and comprehend English is required.
7. Have experience how to handle and control Tools and Ground Support Equipment
