Lufthansa เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Senior Aircraft Maintenance Planner & Engineering Support วุฒิ ป.ตรี วิศวกรรมการบิน อวกาศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมอากาศยานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี มีความรู้ด้านอุตสาหกรรมการบิน ข้อกำหนดด้านความสมควรเดินอากาศ (EASA/FAA) และเข้าใจงานวางแผนซ่อมบำรุง ใช้ระบบ AMOS ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ขอ TOEIC 850 คะแนนขึ้นไป
Aircraft Maintenance Planning Tasks
- Coordinate, monitor, control, and evaluate the performance of planning tasks resulting from the line and base maintenance events
- Plan required maintenance tasks for customers
- Agree together with customers regarding ground time, workload, and distribution in the production
- Prepare working papers for routine maintenance and issue job summary sheets
- Assist in and coordinate AOG events, non-routine maintenance
- Synchronize with the customer’s maintenance coordinator, LHT fleet manager, LHT engineering in FRA, and other concerned parties or partner companies to guarantee a reliable and efficient maintenance work
- Technical problem-solving of day-to-day aircraft maintenance planning tasks
- Assist in onboarding, coaching, and training new team members
Engineering Support Tasks
- Support actively in the customer’s technical problem-solving in collaboration with LHT PD.
- Manage and process technical data with LHT or Customers’ IT Systems.
- Prepare process and analyze reliability data in order to support regular reliability meetings with customers and LHT’s responsible department.
- Support in the monitoring of relevant economic and operational parameters (Key Performance Indicators, KPIs) for Customers and LHT.
- Manage independently projects and tasks reasonably assigned by the Team leader and/or TOM.
- Connect LHT technical services to the customer beyond cross-cultural barriers.
- University Degree (Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace, or any equivalent)
- Good knowledge of the aviation industry, airworthiness directives, and legislation (EASA & FAA).
- Requirement – Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of aircraft engineering. Good knowledge of line and/or base maintenance planning.
- Well understand AMOS is a big plus
- Very good communication skills in English, written and spoken (TOEIC >850 or equivalent)
- Good analytical and strategic-conceptual skills
- Good PC user know-how
- Team player who likes working with teams from multiple nationalities, relevant international experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to travel frequently, if required.
