งานสนามบิน มาใหม่ บริษัท Lufthansa Services (Thailand) เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Baggage Service Agent ทำงานที่อาคาร Nuam Asoke

Qualification

• Male or Female
• Thai Nationality
• University degree
• Up to 27 years of age
• Intercultural competence
• Good PC user know-how
• The ability for shift work

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with baggage inquiries, including phone and e-mail service.
• Arrange a record of all baggage left unclaimed, so-called
• Take care of left behind items on board or any found properties and record them in the World Tracer System (RFP)
• Check daily mishandled baggage records, offloaded and previously received bags, or any forwarding message through the World Tracer System.
• Check baggage information in the World Tracer system (e.g., action file Provide and advise baggage reclaims to airlines’ customers)
• Follow up proactively and timely on all pending cases and inform progress and date/timing of items to be delivered to passengers
• In case the receiving bag is misrouted, ensure to re-forward to the final destination as soon as possible
• Investigate in case of significantly damaged baggage as well as pilferage Data-cleaning in WT – delete unnecessary, correct wrong, remove duplicates
• Work on action files including FW Area, AP Area, SP Area, EM Area, AA Area, HDQ Handling, LX HDQ Action File Handling
• Remote creation of action requests (ROH) for stations and for Customer BSC
• Handle CEO Claims and Media Relations Claims
• DBS Fallback handling – Create AHL
• Complete baggage reports and statistics
• Handle Targenio
• To take on particular tasks and deputation
