Tasks

The Passenger Services Manager is responsible for the economic planning, handling, and development of the various service functions with special emphasis on service quality, safety, and the goal to deliver appropriate customer service resulting in revenue increase and high customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure safe and secure passenger service operations
  • Solve service and operational challenges, as well as implement improvement measures
  • Optimize work processes and resource allocation
  • Demonstrate professional and disciplinary leadership and foster team spirit.
  • Plan and allocate personnel according to target agreements and budget
  • Supervise and develop team members through effective training planning
  • Ensure robust systems are in place for team member training and qualification so they are fully prepared to perform assigned duties
  • Evaluate reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in connection with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Take and/or implement actions on station performance and service quality.
  • Manage administrative tasks and budgeting within the area of responsibility.
  • Participate in the recruitment process and ensure constant staff inflow
  • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners such as airline customers, authorities, and other service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations of the government and local airport authorities
  • Manage and support negotiate ground handling agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee all operational and financial performance of area of responsibility and implement measures to meet objectives and compliance guidelines.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Managing Director.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education
  • At least 10 consecutive years of working experience (minimum 5 years at manager level) in the aviation industry or traveling industries with a background in airline operations and/or customer care management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding management and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skill in Thai and English, a third language, is a plus.
  • Work in multicultural settings globally.
