Job Highlights – Sales Executive – Airlines – Presentation skill
- To provide personalized service to travel agents e.g., 80 agents, and execute strategies to meet the targeted revenue.
- To participate actively in the travel trade and consumer fairs.
- To collect insights regarding OALs (Other Airlines) strategy and analyze sales data from Business Intelligence and perform quarterly reviews with all account coverage.
- To be the liaison between Travel Trade and relevant Malaysia Airlines Business Unit (revenue management, airport operation, and customer service) in resolving problems that arise from daily operation.
- To develop and strengthen networking with the key decision-makers within the Travel Agencies, including organizing MH-related events and activities.

- Degree in Business / Tourism / Economics or Accounting.
- 3-4 years of working experience in a sales role.
- Experience in airline industries and travel agents will be added advantage.
- Good negotiation
- Able to make presentations to clients confidently without supervision
- Computer literate and have basic ticketing knowledge
- Team players and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willing to work out of office hours and during weekends
