Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree any field
- Over 7 years experiences of managing in Cabin Crew Performance role and In-flight service
- Airline Background Experience
- English language is excellent

Job description
- Work with Onboard Experience and HR to recruit, interview and select appropriate number of cabin crew.
- Monitor performance and discipline of Team Leader and Cabin Crew.
- Coach Team Leaders and Cabin Leader for leadership development
- Ensures Cabin Crew perform onboard safety regulations and procedures in compliance with all standards laid down.
- Ensure cabin crew members maintain familiarity with laws, regulations and procedures pertinent to the performance of their duties.
- Consciously create a cabin crew workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified vision and values of the organization.
- Ensure consistency of crew performance appraisals and checks being carried out by Team Leaders.
- Establish a continuous performance improvement effort, evaluation and reporting systems.
- Create effective performance feedback through recognition rewards and disciplinary action when necessary.
- Identify measures to evaluate Cabin crew effectiveness.
- Ensure the analysis of cabin crew performance data, summarize the data, analyze training gaps and coordinates with relevant department to implement necessary training session.
- Ensure the transparent communication among cabin crew members.
- Track and monitor Probation/ Confirmation of crew.
- Organize cabin crew meetings regularly.
- Manage, investigate and direct the overall passenger complaints investigation and management.
- Highlight strengths and improve weaknesses according to the passengers’ needs in a timely manner and to meet the customers’ actual expectation for their continuous and consistent satisfaction according to the company’s plan
- Co-plan and oversee office administration system and Onboard Experience budget.
- Oversee correspondence in term of crew service and payment.
