Qualification

  • Having at least 5 year-experience in airline operation both international and domestic in level of supervisory or above, including but not limited to passenger handling, ramp operation, baggage service, ticketing, and reservation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both Thai and English
  • Well-groomed outward personality and being role model to team members
  • Ability for shift work (Starting in early morning and finishing late night), including weekend and Public Holiday
  • Good PC user know-how
  • Can-do attitude and open-minded person
  • Strong leadership skill with initiative mindset
  • Having ownership quotient and analytic skill
  • Being detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Being able to work independently

Job Description

  • Work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment as first point of contact regarding all operation matters that may impact performance and reliability
  • Ensure a safe, efficient, cost effective, punctual, and customer-oriented planning, performance, and continual assessment of service delivery at station.
  • Maintain and enhance company image, reputation, and customer service level.
  • Be responsible for conducting daily operational checks and inspections.
  • Leading the operations at time of disruption in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as leader for operational performance, safety & compliance, and customer experience on a rotational basis
  • Managing and supervising team members on duty to ensure that all areas of operation are fully covered, e.g. check in counter both domestic and international, Sale counters, boarding gate, lost and found and other related areas
  • Assume responsibility for running of the station during the absence of Station Management Team
  • Reporting operation result, problem and any areas required improvement with analyzing the root cause and initiating corrective actions for consistent quality and service improvements
  • Engaging all audits and inspections conducted by internal and external parties and responsible for setting respective corrective actions for non-conformities
  • Support proactively the development and modification of processes and procedures with the aim of improving quality, service, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and personal touch at all points of customer contact and special care of priority customers
  • Daily check of flight status and preparation of special attribution
