Responsibilities

Ensuring that quality audits and inspections are conducted correctly to all areas of PRM operations.
Ensure the Quality Review Board and Nominated Persons informed of all audit and inspection findings.
Assure a log of the number of Quality Assurance Manual that has been issued to what department or whom and in what form, printed or electronically.
Monitor compliance with, and adequacy of, procedures required to ensure safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft. PRM quality system incorporates compliance monitoring that includes a feedback system to the Accountable Executive to ensure corrective action as necessary.
Communicate to the Chief Executive Officer
Create and Maintain the Quality Systems of the Company
Advised and Training members of the company about the Quality Systems
Audit and follow-up the Quality Systems
Ensuring that the Quality Assurance Programmer is properly implemented, maintained and continuously reviewed and improved
Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff apply.
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
Ensuring all document are completed such as date and time, before filing.
Ensuring standard of instructors and proper number of instructors relevant to approved courses.

Requirements

Have a University Degree.
Have knowledge of Quality system.
Have an experience for airline or equivalent organization on quality management minimum for 2 years.
Must be qualified to lead and manage all aspects of the quality process.
Be able to communicate effectively in writing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
