Job Highlights

- Work on a shift

Working Hours
Airports usually operate 24 hours a day, so you would normally work on a shift system which may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure continuity of airport operations at Suvarnabhumi Airport on behalf of clients; including safe operation of aircraft, public safety, security, communications, and public services;
Airport Authority Relation development
Monitor airport operations and provide guidance and direction to ensure compliance with safety and security requirements set forth by the CAAT & Other International relevant governing safety protocol
Complete accurate and thorough reports on clients’ reporting format & requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in Airline Operations/Aviation.
Proven knowledge and understanding of both Airport Operations and Passenger handling,
Comprehensive knowledge about weight and balance, ramp handling, and dangerous goods regulations.

Required Acumen

Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and spoken communication skills (Thai & English, special consideration & remuneration for other Languages)
A polite and professional approach
The ability to solve problems
The ability to deal tactfully under pressure
Strong computer skills.
