General Description
- Taking care of customer who’s under their reasonability, stand by 24 hours
- Coordinate with oversea, Shipping, Sales, Importer, DDM.
- Arrange any report conclusion to each account as per their requirement.

Specific Accountabilities
- Follow up shipment and problem solving
- Open job file, preparing the relevant docs which concerning customs
- Requisition duty cheque to pay to customs for each shipment or E-pay system.
- Booking the transportation and ensure that the shipment reach customer
- Coordinate with Billing team to issue invoice correctly.
- Nice and polite talking to customer
- Escalating the case to Supervisor: Oversea coordinator section
- To generate report to customer per SOP or customer’s requirement
- Perform any other duties as when assigned by immediate superior
- Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
- Main customers: Apple / Burberry and General customers
