- Bachelor’s degree. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good command of English (with a TOEIC score is preferred)
- Have excellent multitasking and communication skills.
- Be able to work under stress and keep calm when emergencies and unexpected situations occur.
- Be meticulous and attentive to details.
- Can react quickly and solve difficult problems.
- Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Can work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off.
- Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required.
- Daily flight monitoring and information transfer
- Slot and permit coordination
- Supervise the service quality and operation process of GHA and provide timely feedback.
- Abnormal coordination of flight AOG
- Assist in the coordination and communication between the airline and the local agent
- Cooperate with the airline to complete the audit of the agent
- Receive training from the airline and keep relevant manuals and announcements
- Assist to solve problems in flight handling and improve service quality
- Other matters require the coordination or cooperation of the supervisor.
