Quality & Safety Officer – ทำงานที่สงขลา

Job Description & Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Perform document control system in accordance with quality procedure
  • Prepare and modify documents including procedures, manuals, forms, correspondences, reports, memos, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Deliver training on specialized subjects (HSE, ERP, QA, QSMS manual and procedures, company induction, document control, use of the SFS intranet)
  • Coordinate with all departments for audits, visits, etc.
  • Collect data and statistic to generate reports for meetings
  • Monitor IAS reporting system and notification to nominated action parties
  • Follow up progress and report on coming due requirements from departmental and corporate objectives, project plans, improvement actions, commitments from minutes of the meeting or any departmental taskings, such as audit reports, meeting minutes, HAZIDs analysis, KPI reporting, etc.
  • Act as Dangerous Goods Instructor (CAAT approval required)
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the department manager

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Communication, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance are preferred. However, fresh graduates is welcome to apply
  • Excellent command of English (minimum TOEIC 500)
  • Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a can-do attitude
  • Attention to details, able to work independently and quickly to meet deadlines
  • Flexible, humble and service-minded
  • ISO, Safety Management System, and/or aviation knowledge background is advantageous

HR & Admin Officer – ทำงานที่อู่ตะเภา ด่วนที่สุด

1 Year Contract & Renewable At U-Tapao International Airport, Eastern Part of Thailand

Work Rotation

  • 5 days on and 2 days off per week. However, working on weekend or long hours may be required due to nature of servicing business

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for all employees and management team to provide administrative supports
  • Perform day-to-day clerical duties such as document handling, supplies purchasing, travel booking, expense reimbursement, stock keeping, employee service, etc.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, memos, etc.
  • Control and monitor all service contracts related to company facilities and utilities
  • Participate in department and company meetings, issue minutes of meetings, and support company initiatives
  • Apply/renew visa and work permit for expat staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Communication, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 1 year of working experience in general affairs, HR, administration preferred. However, fresh graduates is welcome to apply
  • Excellent command of English (minimum TOEIC 500)

Ground Support Equipment Officer (GSE Officer) – ทำงานที่สงขลา

Job Description & Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Make sure that the company’s premises, offices, hangar areas, tools and equipment are well maintained and track-recorded in accordance with aviation standards and/or health, safety and environment policies. Support the operations team in regards to property refurbishment as assigned

Qualification

  • Male and exempted from military services
  • At least high vocational certificate education
  • Experience in factory maintenance work
  • Attention to details, able to work independently and quickly to meet deadlines
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible, humble and service-minded
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Plus point for the following
    – Electrical knowledge
    – Microsoft Visio and Solid Work knowledge
    – Having a safety certificate
    – Having a driving license
