Job Highlights
– This role will work on Mon-Fri (Office time)
– Work at Sathorn square office (BTS Chongnonsi)

Execute cargo sales functions to ensure that targets are met
Examine current market environments, analyze sales database, and provide feedback/recommendations to sales teammates
Perform sales calls, create cargo bookings/reservations, and provide services to designated agents
Contact and coordinate with HDQ Cargo Space Management and Commercial Planning Departments to secure proper cargo space and provide solutions to customers’ booking requests
Coordinate with cargo operations departments for special handling requirements to ensure the smooth handling of cargo shipments
Monitor no-shows, utilization, and materialization of agents’ allotted space
Perform sales admin functions such as quote AWBs in daily summary, raise ad hoc forms, and provide necessary information for cargo revenue accounting
Support admin functions of the department, such as filing contracts and documents, coordinating/participating in annual self-audit exercises, submitting seasonal and ad hoc freighter schedules in AOT/CAAT systems, and obtaining necessary approvals, etc.
Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Cargo Manager Thailand or Cargo Head of Sales and Reservations
