Job Highlights - This role will work shift - Work at Suvarnabhumi Airport - Fresh graduated are welcome - Attend to customers at Suvarnabhumi Airport - Handle general ground operational duties, i.e., check-in, arrival, departure & baggage
Responsibilities
- To provide excellent Customer Service to SIA Customers by being customer-oriented and proficient in procedures and policies.
- To handle SIA flight operations covering check-in, arrival, departure, baggage, and catering as well as to ensure the safety and security of our customers.
- To be able to work closely with airport agencies and lead our service partners in achieving operational efficiency.
- To uphold the image of SIA through exemplary conduct and integrity.
- To be self-motivated and diligently carry out tasks requested by superiors and contribute effectively to the team.

Requirements
- Thai Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to understand and relate to customers’ needs
- Pleasant personality, hard-working, and willing to learn
- Able to work in shifts
- To be able to work in a team and with minimum supervision.
- Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.
