  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  2. Experience in working in Guest Services, Ground Services, Ticketing Sales, Ticket Reservation, Lost & Found Baggage, and Customer Services in Airline Industry is advantageous
  3. Proficient in oral and written English and Thai or the local language where the staff is located
  4. Having TOEIC scores above 550 with 2 years of validity
  5. Able to work on shift with flexible hours

Guest Services Assistant

provides an efficient service to all passengers and related passenger services at the airport check-in counter, boarding gate, and arrival areas. The responsibilities of this position demand a detail-oriented and organized individual with the ability to read, write, and speak English as well as able to work on shifts.

  • Provide meet and greets to all passengers
  • Check-in, issue a baggage tag and issue a boarding pass
  • Travel document verification to meet the destination’s requirements 
  • Provide assistance to passengers during embarkation/disembarkation 
  • Provide pre/post-flight documents
  • Assist and escort special passengers who need special assistance
  • Handle the crisis situation when there is a flight disruption/baggage mishandling
  • Provide flight information for passengers
  • Work with other duties that perform safety and convenience to passengers as assigned

Ticketing Sales Assistant

provides a crucial role in the efficient operation of ticket sales and customer service for various events, attractions, or venues. They are responsible for assisting customers with their ticket purchases, providing information about events, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to handle a wide range of ticketing tasks efficiently.

  • Check an airfare with additional charge by routine (various taxes, fuel charge, – administration for a charge)
  • Perform flight reservations at the airport sales counter
  • Issue the paperless ticket code with the receipt and tax invoice
  • Alert restrictions, followed by company terms & conditions
  • Collect airfare by cash or credit card
  • Summarize Sales report and transfer money to the cashier

Central Baggage Tracing Assistant

provides to be responsible for managing lost and found items, ensuring their proper cataloging, and facilitating their return to their rightful owners. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this position might be a perfect fit for you.

  • Provide fast and speedy recovery of mishandled baggage
  • Assist station for tracing mishandled baggage
  • Coordinate with other departments and stations pertaining to baggage mishandled
  • Liaise with the customer care department
  • Investigate and determine the reason for baggage mishandling in every registered baggage file
